SEMANTICA Project: first inspection visit carried out for the preliminary assessment

On Monday 18 May 2026, the first inspection visit for the preliminary assessment of the SEMANTICA project took place at the headquarters of the Ceramiche Gresmalt Group. The Technical and Scientific Expert from CNR-ISSMC and the project manager, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, discussed the technical and administrative aspects of the proposal with the Management Committee, providing useful guidance on additions and adjustments to the project.

Innovation Agreements: Application for funding for the SEMANTICA project submitted to the Ministry

On Thursday 12 February 2026, the application for funding for the SEMANTICA project was submitted to the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, under the Innovation Agreements (Ministerial Decree of 4 September 2025). The joint application by the Ceramiche Gresmalt Group (lead partner), DEF, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, the University of Brescia and Sapienza University of Rome, accompanied by a technical data sheet, a development plan and a Partnership Agreement, officially launches the project’s evaluation process.
